Alkalize your body!
Many people still don’t know what or how to alkalize your body. First of all, it is very important to keep the pH levels in check. In case you didn’t know, cancer thrives in acidic environments within your body. To alkalize you go the opposite way on the scale. Your body will always work to maintain a level pH balance but in doing so it may harm your body in the long run. Your body may leach calcium from bones to neutralize the acid causing them to become weaker, store the acids as fat, or even store these acids in your veins and arteries. Many say that the first thing to do to start alkalizing your body is to do a 24 hour fast. You don’t have to go about it this way but many choose to so that they can flush their body. Simply all you have to do is stop putting these acids in your body and start putting alkalizing foods in. Acidic foods include meat, dairy products, eggs, and sugars. All of these foods leave an acidic residue when they are digested. Alkalizing foods are primarily fruits and vegetables. A simple thing is to try to eat more “live” foods like fruits and vegetables than acidic foods. It is also extremely important to nourish your body by taking all natural health supplements and vitamins and drink a lot of water. In fact, you should drink at least half your weight in ounces of water. Post a response if you want more information on alkalizing your body.
You really are what you eat..
So, I was just in the ER because I was puking up blood. Come to find out I have bleeding ulcers! Many years of poor diet as well as my past alcohol abuse all were major contributors to this. I’m 21 years old.. I should not have ulcers. To say the least, this has been a major eye opener for me & I have to change my lifestyle now! I have always heard that “you are what you eat” and this is very much true. Here are a few links that I am using for current research to help me with this. I hope these can help anyone that wants to change as well.
